SHIPPING
INFORMATION
We
ship all orders fully insured using UPS ground shipping or USPS priority mail.
All of our jewelry are in-stock items and usually ship within 1-2 business day
of receipt of your order. Some of the jewelry boxes sent directly from our
manufacturers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the
same box. We will notify you by email or phone in the event of a delay.
Therefore, it is very important for you to give us your email address and phone
number in case we need to contact you regarding your purchase.
We regret that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes and no COD
please. Please contact our customer services for any shipping questions.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery
time begins from the time your package leaves our office. Special order items
may take up to 6 weeks for delivery. We will specify “Special Order Item” in our
product descriptions.

Rush Delivery
For an
additional charge of $10 per address, we can arrange for rush delivery to most
destinations. Note: Rush service is not available for items shipped from the
manufacturer or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Types of Email
Confirmations
After you place
an order with us, we email you with pertinent information about your order's
status. For instance, soon after you place an order, we send an email confirming
we have received it. We send a second confirmation email when your order has
shipped. We send more than one shipment confirmation email if we fulfill the
order in multiple shipments. We might also send other emails about your order's
status, if necessary. Please save these emails for your records.

Return Policy
Customer
satisfaction
is always guaranteed at Patina Shine. In order for us to warrant our customers
to receive their purchase in new condition, we only accept return in original
conditions and in original packages within 30 days of delivery. Shipping &
handling fees are non refundable. Customer is responsible for all fees of return
delivery.
Please follow these steps for your return:
Step
1
You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before
you return any item to us. Email us at
cs@patinashine.com for a RA#. No
return will be accepted without a RA#.
Step
2
Attached a
copy of the shipping invoice included in the purchase package and always write
the RA# on the copy of the invoice.
If you return for exchange, please indicate the item name or item number
you would like to exchange for. We will ship your exchanged item by standard
shipping for free.
If you return without
exchange, we will charge 10% restocking fee
on Jewelry Boxes.
If you return damaged item for exchange, contact us within 24 hours of
receipt. We will issue an UPS call tag to pick up the damaged package. Upon
receipt of the returned item, we will send a replacement to you. You don’t pay
for the return delivery of a damaged item.
Step
3
Repack the returned item in its original package, double boxed and keep
it in an unused condition. Patina Shine reserves the right to refuse any returns
if the item is not in its original package and not in the new condition as
originally purchased. In the event of returning damaged item, you should include
all damaged packaging with the return.

4
Make sure you
keep all shipping document. We are not responsible for the item that was damaged
or lost in transit when it was returned to us. No refund will be issued.
Customer can file claim with the shipping carrier directly.

Upon receipt of your returned package, and
all the criteria listed above are met, we will credit your full purchase price
less shipping & handling, restocking fee if applicable, and the free gift value
if applied (see Free Gift
for details) to the same credit card that was used with your original purchase
in 1 to 3 business days.
